Monitoring the location of  personnel

The system manager can get information both on the current location of personnel and equipment, and on their paths of motion over a specified period. Connection to the RealTrac web-client is web-based.

Evacuation and detecting people before blasting operations or incase of emergency

The process of evacuation before blasting can be controlled and monitored due to the use of the RealTrac system: the time spent, paths of motion, and, mainly, localizing those who did not manage to get to the gathering points (still within geofence).

Working hours and access control

The system can register check-in and check-out times, localizes the personnel within specified areas and send a message to the system manager in case of trespassing. The data may be stored on the server for up to 10 years.

Data gathering from sensors or other equipment

            The RealTrac anchors provide connection to many sensors: temperature, pressure, H2S, O2, CO, SO2, NO2. In case of emergency the system generates a message to the system manager that ensures auto reproduction of the audio-visual alarm signal.

Voice communication with personnel

Digital radio communication demonstrates stable performance within the whole open pit area wherever other systems may malfunction. In addition to that, all conversations may be recorded.

Emergency notifications

The data transmission channel can be used either for emergency announcements, notifications, issuing warnings, necessary instructions or for operating additional alarm devices such as: sirens, emergency lights, etc.
